Peterborough Environment City Trust...

I’m your guest blogger for this month you lucky, lucky things! For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Nyree Ambarchian, Marketing Officer for Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT for short).

I couldn't resist doing an April Fool post yesterday, I promise I'll be more serious from now on.

PECT is the environmental charity in Peterborough working to make Peterborough a sustainable city – a cleaner, greener, healthier, happier place…the UK’s Environment Capital.

PECT was set up over fifteen years ago when Peterborough was made one of the four UK Environment Cities (along with Leicester, Leeds and Middlesbrough). We deliver a range of projects from helping businesses go green to working with local schools to set up outdoor classrooms and environmental education.
